DocDave: I heard it is going to court so don't hold your breath, I wouldn't be shocked if a liberal Colorado court didn't reverse this and force the University to reinstate him with a big cash settlement.

Gone. Finished. Fired. And as much as he and the howling left would like you to believe it was about freedom of expression the plain fact is that Churchill was an academic fraud. THAT'S why he's being fired.

That man is a disgrace and I hope he loses his law suit so we don't have to listen to his crap anymore.

The Duke lacrosse team fiasco shows that liberal educators have created a phony cultural paradigm that distorts reality. And, no one exploits phony paradigms, obfuscates truth, or games the system like the Clintons.

Shades of Ward Churchill: I Got Your University; Right Here

Set the Wayback Machine for 23 August 1995: a hot day in the nation's capitol. But 3000 miles due west on California's Central Coast, a constellation of events was unfolding that would have a profound effect on Western civilization; plunge it into decades of war. Yet, this cataclysmic upheaval was only part of the plan. Bill Clinton picked up the telephone. It was his Chief of Staff Leon Panetta, calling from a payphone in Monterey. Bill held the receiver at arms length and gazed at the tasteful floral arrangement that adorned the Oval Office. Leon's disembodied voice filled the room. What now, asked Hillary. It's that damn college, mouthed Bill. There was, no getting out. Hillary nodded, just tell Leon he'll get whatever he needs: http://theseedsof9-11.com
The Duke lacrosse team fiasco shows that liberal educators have created a phony cultural paradigm that distorts reality.
Care to back that up at all... with anything? Show some cuase and effect or elaborate at all? It sounds smart, but it ain't. In fact, its bullshit. How the hell does the Duke Lacrosse fiasco show that?

If anything, its a perfect case study in why not to have the death penalty. In a justice system so fallible, there is no place for CP.

There are many good educators out there. The main problem is with english, sociology, women's studies, and the lot - that's where the leftists are. 'Critical theory'. Look, for example, at political science or political theory or political philosophy professors. More than 50% will not be leftists. Guaranteed.

Also, to generalize from this lying asshole to all of educators is a fallacy I need not explain... I hope.
