And what, exactly, is the rationale that dictates that "green energy" jobs can "never be outsourced" ? Just because they are government jobs ? God forbid, we wouldn't want the government to be getting their labor at anything but the premium union rate.

When claiming that govt spending "creates jobs", it must also be calculated how many jobs are lost due to the confiscation of that money from the private sector, where it would be spent by independent individuals on what they chose to spend it on. Typical big govt bullshit: calculate the benefit without subtracting the cost.
