The wife and I always kid around about starting a restaurant called "Unlimited Smoking" and then requiring anyone entering (employees, patrons, etc) to sign a release before they can enter... would probably get huge press and visitors...

That's how things are supposed to work in free socieities. You make your choices and I make mine. Unfortunately, we've gotten pretty far away from those sort of principles all in the name of "public health."
And in the name of "morality," as in the bans on sex- and drug- related occupations.
