    unresponsive. typo. One example is the person nearby who will not even roll his rollcart out to empty his garbage. The pile in his backyard violates Health Department rules. Finally, it was time to drop the dime.

    Let the .com bust turned mortgage market collapse learn their lesson for once. I thought .com would get us for sure, but our economy pulled up and avoided the crash it had earned for itself. Now we have .com + mortgage meltdown. Eventually, we have to learn or die.
