Also, everything I've read about the man indicates that he was a nice person.

Billy wasn't wearing a seat belt when he took a shot to the head during a rough landing on a flight he was on yesterday.
The cap n trade legislation had Billy so upset he forgot to put on his seat belt and then Obama's FAA didn't force Billy to wear it and ther mere idea of universal health care forced Billy to not go seek hospital care because he didn't want government, Obama/Canada- style socialism to save his life.

For manufacturer's who put the go-ahead on [i]Advertising by Irritation[/i] I make a mental note to never buy any one of their products. I would imagine others might feel the same way.
I can't see how a pitch like that is good. Admittedly, I haven't seen the numbers from focus groups who determine how effective it actually is in sales.

I heard on the radio that he had just returned the evening before on a US Airways flight which had a hard landing. Some luggage fell on him and hit his head. Guess the autopsy will tell the tale. You just never know when your time is done.

As you said, TBD. But I've been on L1011's in turbulence and watched the overheads suddenly pop open dumping carry on bags passengers. That was pre 9/11, hopefully screening is much netter today, because I always wondered about the consequences had a group of bowlers been on one of those flights!
