    Yeah those damn laws always seem to get into the way, pretty much a poll tax, disenfranchising voters seems as if there are a few illegals that found a way to vote.

    Not only their direct vote affecting elections (illegals), but how about their numbers (demographics) being included in Census Reports which apportions the number of Representatives to a district.
